PROCESSING TIME:

Processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Business days do NOT include Saturday, Sunday, and/or holidays 

 

SHIPPING: 

Orders are shipped via USPS currently we do NOT ship internationally.

Confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email or the phone number you entered at check out. (CHECK YOUR SPAM MAIL)

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:

Our products are handcrafted & created in small batches. Absolutely no returns and/or exchanges once an order is placed. 

LOST/ STOLEN/ DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Bod By Nature assumes no responsibility for the loss, stolen, or damage of packages. We encourage following up with USPS to file a claim

If you happen to receive an incorrect product item please email bodbynature@gmail.com with a photo of your order, within 24 hours. A replacement will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days

If you enter an incorrect address and you fail to update it (THATS THE ADDRESS IT WILL SHIP TO) BOD BY NATURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NEGLIGENCE
